Arcus’s Customer Satisfaction Score Is 100% For 2020

Every six months, Acumatica conducts customer surveys to find out if customers are satisfied with the services they receive from their Acumatica partners. The Acumatica Partner Framework has defined the minimum Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT) that partners must attain to make sure that all partners maintain high standards in their work with customers.  

Arcus’s CSAT score is the average of all the scores Acumatica received from customers that respond to the survey, with each customer scoring the partner on a five-point scale. Partners with zero survey responses receive a score of zero on their CSAT. 

Arcus’s Universe CSAT Score is 100% for 2020. 

In the questionnaire, Acumatica representatives asked questions about frequency of communication with the Arcus team, level of general satisfaction with Arcus as Acumatica implementation partner, the quality of helpdesk support and the level of understanding of clients’ business needs.
